Property is excellent with a superb location. Staff is exceptional right from the valets ,waiting staff,housekeeping staff etc amazing They would always be happy to help Some names worth a mention Mr Ishwar Mr Badrilal Mr Vishnu Mr Prakash Miss Ankita Miss Kajal Miss Loretta N many more especially housekeeping staff I don't know their names

Before our stay we corresponded with the hotel several times as we were not sure we would be able to come due to my husband’s father being very poorly. The staff were so kind and understanding. This hotel has a great location on the lakeside away from the town centre but from the boat jetty we had an amazing sunrise view of the city palace. Sunset boat trip for just the two of us was well worth the money. Sunset point in the spacious grounds was also wonderful. Food was great and all staff very friendly. We enjoyed using the gym and then having a swim. We booked the free individual yoga sessions in the morning. Vish the yoga and sports instructor was so good at personalising the yoga. My husband cycles a lot and is quite inflexible. Vish gave him some exercises that will help him and also helped me have a go at some yoga poses that I have never quite mastered.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. I cannot praise all the staff highly enough for their outstanding attention to detail, customer service & care. It was a very busy time, but the staff ensured I was allocated as requested the quietest room possible, and this consideration ensured I had what I needed uninterrupted sleep. It was a pleasure just to be around this hotel, a home from home, a sense of calm in incredible surroundings. Thank you for making my stay so memorable. The Trident Udaipur is now ranked alongside just two others as the best hotels I’ve experienced.

My stay at this hotel was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The entire property was spotless, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness that made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout my visit. Their attention to detail and genuine care made all the difference, creating a truly welcoming and pleasant experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a pristine environment.

Absolutely everything but staff were exceptional . I had to move from a terrible hotel that my travel agent booked me in to and it was like coming from hell and going into heaven . The staff in trident are angels who make everything right. They went way above the call of duty to look after us. Jayveer was beyond exceptional and did everything to make sure we were taken care of . The hotel itself is stunning , food brilliant etc but I have never in my life experienced anything like the staff at trident . Every single one of them . Lokendra in the restaurant was outstanding , Yashika who greeted us on our first day , Saksham , who gave great service and who got Pramod the chef to give me the recipe for their curry, the best I’ve ever tasted. I will come all the way from Ireland to stay just there again . I even cancelled the hotel I had booked in Jaipur and changed to to the Trident hotel in Jaipur and will stay with the Trident group anywhere I can from now on. Their staff are at a different level entirely, better than anything I’ve ever experienced. I have to again say thanks to Jayveer for sorting out a lot of problems we had yesterday. Cancelled trains, travel agent etc and for taking care of us so well .
